Hey #Proletariat (working class in a communist society).  We're leaving behind the -isms and entering the European Union!  The EU was formed after World War II because of the nationalist problems in World War I and World War II.  Europe was in serious disarray and the EU helped put things back together...We're gonna examine what the EU is, what the advantages and disadvantages are, and how the EU has developed over time...

Day 3
In Class:  Go over the EU chapter reading -- What is the EU?  What are some key words/terms about the EU?  What are the advantages and disadvantages of the EU?  Who benefits the most?  The least? So why did Great Britain leave the EU? (if we have time)  Brexit explained below...
