In Class: Introduce the Scientific Revolution!  What is a revolution?  Why did a "scientific" revolution happen? Who was involved?  What did they discover?  Scientific Revolution rankings assignment assigned! -- Due Feb. 4

1. Name of each brilliant thinker!

2. What they are known for discovering/creating.  If they wrote a book or something, tell me what the book is about.  If they created something, what does their creation actually do. Minimum 3 sentences for each thinker   (i.e -- If Thomas Edison were on the list here you would explain how he invented the incandescent light bulb that was more effective than previous models.  The light bulb is used practically everywhere from the homes, to work, to sporting events and it allows us to do activities at night.  Edison basically banished the darkness…
